After that open your Opera Mini handler menu
Proxy Type: HTTP

In UC Browser:

Following setting in your mobile:

Port:80
IP:173.254.204.80

Open your UC Browser Handler menu
Proxy type:HTTP
Proxy:202.46.201.112
